How much postage for delivery within West Malaysia?
Orders below RM300? Flat RM10 postage, regardless of weight, in West Malaysia. FREE delivery for orders above RM300 per receipt.
What is SUMO delivery?

Addresses within the GREY ZONE are eligible for SUMO delivery. All orders placed before 4pm are dispatched on the same-day. Enjoy FREE shipping for orders above RM300 within this zone. Addresses outside the GREY ZONE, including some within Selangor, may incur postage fees. If an order has incorrect postage, we may request an additional surcharge; otherwise, we hold the right to decline or cancel the order for shipping reasons.
Do we deliver to PO Boxes?
No, we only deliver to physical addresses, and a signature is required upon package receipt.
How can you track your order?
For Outstation deliveries, a tracking number will be sent to you via WhatsApp once dispatched. Please use this number on the respective tracking website to monitor your delivery status. For Grey Zone deliveries, our team will contact you before delivery.
